International cooperation

Considering the importance of internationalization of the Chemistry Faculty, we have established scientific and didactic cooperation with foreign universities, especially from Europe and Asia. Through joint application for research grants, student and faculty exchanges, the quality of research and education at the Faculty can be continuously improved.

In order to develop student exchange programs, double degree programs have been created, allowing students to obtain diplomas from two universities. Within the framework of these programs, after completing two years of studies in a foreign institution, students may complete their education at the Faculty of Chemistry of the Gdansk University of Technology after another two years of studies. The Faculty offers undergraduate and graduate education in Green Technologies and Monitoring as an English-language course of study. The program of master’s degree has been adapted to admit not only Polish students (during the summer recruitment), but also foreign students (during the winter semester recruitment). Moreover, the curriculum of doctoral studies is entirely English-speaking, which means that at all levels of education we offer education to both Polish and foreign students.
