The Department of Organic Chemistry is equipped with a high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) (series 1290) coupled with a binary pump (G4220A), an automatic sample feeder (G4226A), a thermostat (G1316C) connected with a diode array detector (G1315C) by Agilent Technologies (USA).
Various types of chromatography columns (normal and reverse phase and chiral) are available to separate both non-polar and polar compounds as well as enantiomers.
The device is located in the room 17 in Faculty of Chemistry Building A.
