November 2025 - scientific visit at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) at Institut for Applied Materials Energy Storage System (IAM-ESS) | Faculty of Chemistry at the Gdańsk University of Technology

Scientific visit of the Principal Investigator to the research group of Prof. Dr. Helmut Ehrenberg. The visit was focused on networking and exploring opportunities for collaboration in the field of energy storage. The ASCEND project objectives were presented, and potential areas for cooperation with the KIT group were discussed, particularly in the area of operando characterization techniques, including operando Raman spectroscopy and operando X-ray diffraction (XRD). The Swiss–Polish Cooperation Programme was also promoted during the visit.
