New methods for separation, isolation and characterization of extracellular vesicles using two-dimensional high-performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry

This project focuses on the development of advanced chromatographic and mass spectrometric approaches for the separation and characterization of extracellular vesicle subpopulations. The work integrates multidimensional separation techniques with LC–MS lipidomics to improve understanding of extracellular vesicle heterogeneity.

GALATEA is an international collaborative project focused on personalized infant nutrition and digital-twin approaches. Within the consortium, the group contributes expertise in human milk lipidomics and analytical workflows.
