The scope of the department's administration includes, among other things:
- preparation, administrative support and implementation of decisions of the faculty and faculty council
- administrative support for employee matters, including personnel and payroll, directed to the University's personnel and payroll departments
- preparing, documenting and maintaining the financial management of the faculty;
- revenue and expense records and analysis;
- handling public procurement procedures;
- administrative support for teaching and students, including material and living aid;
- realization of purchases of equipment and materials;
- administrative service of stocktaking and liquidation of the department's property;
- Management of department property, including maintenance of facilities and materials management;
- administrative services related to scientific research and commissioned work
- administrative services related to the procedures for obtaining degrees and academic titles.
