CombiFlash NextGen 300+ chromatograph

An intuitive-to-use flash chromatograph that enables fast and automated separation of mixtures of organic compounds. In the laboratory of organic synthesis, it is used to purify organic compounds isolated from post-reaction mixtures. The device is equipped with a UV-Vis detector and an ELSD detector, enabling the detection of compounds with or without chromophore systems. In addition, the CombiFlash chromatograph works with a PurIon mass spectrometer, which enables the detection of separated compounds on the basis of their monoisotopic masses.

Purlon

An easy-to-use mass spectrometer that allows the identification of monoisotopic masses of organic molecules in the range of 10 - 1200 Dalton, with an accuracy of 1 Dalton. In the laboratory of organic synthesis, it is used for routine confirmation organic compounds structures. In addition, the PurIon mass spectrometer is used as an additional detector for the CombiFlash NextGen + chromatograph.
