High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) equipment

HPLC equipment (1200 Series, Agilent Technologies) is coupled with 3 types of detection: DAD (Diod Array Detector); FLD (Fluorescence Detector); RID (Refractive Index Detector). The kit also includes an analyte fraction collector.

The HPLC-MS/MS system

The system consists of a high-performance liquid chromatography kit (1260 Infinity II 6470) combined with a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (Triple Quad LC / MS, Agilent Technologies) containing an ESI source ("the soft" ionization technique by electrospray). The wide range of m/z values determined (50-3000) allows the analysis of ions of various classes and sizes (from small molecules to multi-charged peptides). This type of analyzer provides mass measurement with an accuracy of about ± 0.1Da. Therefore, tandem MS experiments are used primarily for target quantitative analyzes in which high accuracy of mass measurement and high resolution are not required, as well as qualitative analyzes aimed at identification of compounds (in quantitative analyzes in the pharmaceutical industry, in the field of pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism, clinical validation of biomarkers, in quality control of food composition, forensic medicine and toxicology, and in environmental pollution analysis).

Fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC) system

Flexible and intuitive column chromatography system for fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC) wherein proteins of various sizes and features can be readily purified using different kinds of columns. The system ensures controlled conditions and reproducible results; purifies proteins automatically without the need for user intervention; allows sensitive samples to be purified more efficiently and allows automated collection of purified protein in small or large volumes.

ACQUITY™ UPLC™ H-Class PLUS System

The ultra-performance liquid chromatograph (Waters Co., Milford, Massachusetts, USA) enables the analysis of a complex solution through the separation of its components on a selected chromatography column, followed by the analysis of their absorption at a given wavelength (PDA detector) and/or their fluorescence (FLR detector).

High Pressure Preparative Liquid Chromatography System ACCQPrep HP125 (Teledyne ISCO)

Compact preparative chromatography system supports flow rates from 1 to 125 mL/min and operation pressures up to 413 bar (6000 psi) without swapping pump heads. The system is equipped with an integrated DAD detector, fraction collector and a 15 ' touch control panel. The ACCQPrep HP125 employs active solvent and waste level monitoring. This chromatograph enables easy transfer from a model to a preparative scale in HPLC.

Centrifugal Partition Chromatography System CPC-100 and CPC-250 (Gilson)

Centrifugal partition chromatography system (CPC) consists of 2 independent columns: analytical and semi-preparative with volumes of 100 and 250 ml respectively. The system is equipped with a preparative pump (with a flow rate range from 1 to 50 ml / min and max. operating pressure of 300 bar), DAD detector, fraction collector, 4-port valve for ascending and descending modes (ASC/ DSC Valve) and a 6-port injection valve with 5 and 10 ml loops. Centrifugal partition chromatography is a good technique for the separation and isolation of biologically active compounds. CPC is a hydrostatic variant of countercurrent chromatography (CCC), which is chromatography between two immiscible liquids. One serves as the mobile phase or the eluent, and the other as the stationary phase. The stationary phase is retained in the column by a centrifugal field. This technique is sometimes called "green chromatography" due to the lower consumption of solvents in relation to the preparative HPLC.
