The NMR Laboratory offers two Varian spectrometers: Varian Unity Inova 500 spectrometer and a Varian Gemini 200 for registering routine 1H and 13C spectra.
We are able to perform a wide variety of one and multi-dimensional experiments, including:
- homo-correlation: COSY, TOCSY, NOESY, ROESY
- hetero-correlation: HMQC, HSQC based on indirect detection
Most measurements can be performed using PFG, which often reduces the time of two-dimensional experiments and provides a more effective elimination of undesired signals.
