The NMR Laboratory offers two Varian spectrometers: Varian Unity Inova 500 spectrometer and a Varian Gemini 200 for registering routine 1H and 13C spectra.

We are able to perform a wide variety of one and multi-dimensional experiments, including:

• homo-correlation: COSY, TOCSY, NOESY, ROESY
• hetero-correlation: HMQC, HSQC based on indirect detection

Most measurements can be performed using PFG, which often reduces the time of two-dimensional experiments and provides a more effective elimination of undesired signals.

• 5 mm probe dedicated for ¹H and ¹³C

Varian Unity Inova 500 (500 MHz)

• RF Waveform Generator for both channels
• PFG 5 mm probe for indirect detection ¹H/(¹⁵N - ³¹P)
• broadband 10 mm probe ¹H/(¹⁵N - ³¹P)
• variable temperature module (-150 do 200 ^oC)
• PFG (Pulsed Field Gradient) Module
