Cathodic protection inspector course

Cathodic Protection Inspector (UDT)

The Faculty of Chemistry of the Gdańsk University of Technology has been recognized by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development as SEA UNIT EDUCATIONAL -  certificate No. 2/2019 ( certificate attachment ) having permission for training in coating inspection and cathodic protection inspection. Currently, the supervisory function is performed by the Ministry of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation.

The Department has the credentials of the Polish Office of Technical Inspection jako training center for cathodic protection personnel training in the underground or submerged metal sector and  examination center to the same extent.

The courses are held twice a year, last 2 weeks (50 hours of training) and after successfully passing the theoretical and practical exam, participants receive a certificate Cathodic Protection Inspector - Level 1 or 2.
