Coatings inspector course in accordance with DNV-GL
The Faculty of Chemistry of the Gdańsk University of Technology has been recognized by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development as SEA UNIT EDUCATIONAL - certificate no 2/2019 ( attachment to the certificate ) authorized to train in the inspection of paint coatings and cathodic protection inspection. Currently, the supervisory function is performed by the Ministry of Maritime Economy and Inland Navigation.
The paint coating supervision course is equivalent to NACE Level 2, FROSIO Level III in accordance with IACS PR No. 34 , section 2.3 .
The course obtained certificate compliance no. PSPC-003 released by DNV-GL.
The courses are held twice a year, last 2 weeks (50 hours of training) and after successfully passing the theoretical and practical exam, participants receive a certificate.
