On the 16th of July 2019, at the age of 78, died Dr Bogumiła Makuch.

DSc, Eng. Bogumiła Makuch was a member of the scientific and educational staff of the Department of Analytical Chemistry (1964-1999), dealing primarily with high-performance liquid chromatography. A great teacher and educator of young people, a scientist and a much-liked associate, has left us.
