We were saddened by the news that on 23 October this year, at the age of 86, died Janina Foks, PhD, Eng.

Janina Foks, PhD, Eng. was an employee of Gdańsk University of Technology since 1961. From 1970, she worked as an assistant professor at the then Department of Polymer Chemistry and Technology. She was a specialist in the field of polyurethanes and anionic polymerization of dienes and electron microscopy.
