On the 16th of July 2019, at the age of 78, died Dr Bogumiła Makuch. DSc, Eng. Bogumiła Makuch was a member of the scientific and educational staff of the Department of Analytical Chemistry (1964-1999), dealing primarily with high-performance liquid chromatography. A great teacher and educator of young people, a scientist and a much-liked associate, has left us.

We regret to inform you with profound sorrow that on the 6th of March 2019, Danuta Wójcik, a long-term employee of our Faculty, specifically the previous Faculty of Chemistry and Fat Technology, Analytical Chemistry, Inorganic Technology and Physical Chemistry, left us at the age of 77 (1967-1988) On the 18th of March 2019 she was buried in the Srebrzysko Cemetery.
