Competition for the position of PhD student in the project OPUS21, DEC- 2021/41/B/ST4/03255 funded by National Science Centre

Tasks/role:

• preparation of monometallic electrocatalysts;
• characterisation of the composition and surface properties of catalysts;
• advanced electrochemical studies of materials;
• preparation of progress reports and materials for the publication of research results.

Requirements:

• MSc degree in chemical engineering, materials engineering, chemistry, or related field,
• student of the Doctoral School;
• knowledge of the fundamentals of materials engineering and electrocatalysis;
• experience in laboratory work, particularly in the preparation, characterisation of materials, and electrocatalytic processes, as evidenced by a track record of research achievements;
• fluency in English (spoken and written).

Planned date of employment: 1.05.2026
